Year-round, the Shamrock Group establishes its service hours strictly according to demand. During low-peak periods, technicians are dispatched from their homes to avoid unnecessary travel, thus reducing fuel consumption.
Most Shamrock Group delivery personnel are equipped with hand-held computers, allowing them to set up accounts with a paperless invoicing system.
Shamrock Group customers have the option to receive and pay invoices electronically.
Both Shamrock Group facilities are on/close to the Minneapolis Greenway. Bike riding to work is easily accomplished and strongly encouraged. The Shamrock Group ‘Commune/Commute’ bike owned by the company allows employees to bike the two miles between the buildings.
Shamrock Group management awards employees who commit to being smoke-free. A cash bonus is given after one proven year.
